“Beyond the prospectivity of our land package, we also have significant defined gold resources between our Golden Saddle, Arc and VG deposits. Our total resources are just under 1.8 million ounces, with over 1.14 million ounces in the indicated category at 2.28 g/t Au.”

David D’Onofrio

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER WHITE GOLD CORP.

November 03, 2020

What have been the recent major developments at White Gold Corp?

2020 has been a very busy exploration season for us. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the Yukon Government has fortunately deemed mineral exploration an essential business. As a result, our team was able to put together a focused and high-impact exploration program for this year, which we were able to commence back in June. Our C$4M program includes 1,500m of diamond drilling at each of two of our most prospective targets: Ryan’s Surprise, which is strategically located 2 km west of our flagship Golden Saddle & Arc; and Titan, which is located on our Hen property and produced ultra-high-grade gold intercepts (72.81 g/t Au over 6.09m) during our drilling last year.

In addition, the Company also drilled over 20 rotary-air-blast (RAB) holes on our JP Ross property to test several brand new targets identified through our data-driven soil analysis approach. We also carried out a mechanical trenching program on our JP Ross property, which has provided valuable insights on the regional geological structures in the area. Lastly, we performed extensive regional exploration work on several early-stage properties such as the Betty and Bonanza, in preparation of future drill programs in the upcoming seasons.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has negatively impacted the labs and data/assay turnaround time has been significantly increased. This is similar for all our peers in Yukon and overall turnaround times have been doubled in comparison to prior years. However, we have finally started to receive the results of our 2020 exploration season and news flow should be very steady going into the end of 2020. In fact, just this past week, we announced Ryan’s Surprise diamond drilling results as well as the results from our JP Ross property mechanical trenching program. Further details and additional information can be found here.

Another notable event was the appointment of Terry Brace, P. Geo., as VP of Exploration earlier this year. With an impressive track record of success, Terry brings over 25 years of diversified experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. His extensive experience is ideally suited to further advance our discovery pipeline and leverage the opportunities of our extensive land package in the prolific White Gold District.

What differentiates White Gold from other companies in this segment?

White Gold is an extremely unique junior mining company for many reasons. When Shawn Ryan first brought the idea to the PowerOne group in Toronto in 2016, it was clear that he had assembled an unrivaled land package. The Company owns over 40% of the mineral claims in the White Gold District, however it really represents over 80% of the mineralized systems in the district. This is because prior to the inception of White Gold, Shawn had spent over a decade prospecting the area to identify the largest mineralized systems and the best potential targets. With all of these claims now consolidated under White Gold, our land package offers unrivaled gold exploration prospectivity. I often compare this to owning over 40% of the Nevada gold fields, Timmins Ontario or Val-d’Or Quebec over 100 years ago, you simply can’t put a price on that.

Beyond the prospectivity of our land package, we also have significant defined gold resources between our Golden Saddle, Arc and VG deposits. Our total resources are just under 1.8 million ounces, with over 1.14 million ounces in the indicated category at 2.28 g/t Au. At this size and grade-profile, our deposits rank amongst the top in Canada compared to other exploration-stage gold deposits. Other junior mining companies either do not have a defined resource or are working towards their first. In White Gold, we have multiple deposits with significant size and at high-grades. This offers an immediate value benchmark for shareholders and investors, especially in this historic gold market.

We also have an incredibly experienced management team with a strong track record of success in the district. Shawn, our Chief Technical Advisor, is the original prospector of the Golden Saddle deposit which was sold to Kinross for C$139M in 2011 and is now owned by White Gold, and the Coffee deposit, which was sold to Goldcorp for C$520M in 2016 and is now owned by Newmont. Shawn’s continued success can be attributed to his innovative, data-driven exploration methodology. It all starts with detailed geological and soil analysis using the latest drone technology. This allows Shawn to systematically test mineralized systems in order to see if they warrant further exploration. Afterwards, mechanical trenching and preliminary rotary-air-blast (RAB) drill programs provide initial insights into the geological structures in the area. Then, if further drilling is warranted, we will bring in diamond drills to fully test the extents and widths of mineralization. This protocol allows for very cost-efficient and effective exploration, which is a must for a Company like ours with such a large land package with so many prospective targets.

Finally, we have the support of all-star strategic shareholders. The PowerOne group is one of Canada’s leading junior resource investment groups and has been involved with the Company since inception. Agnico Eagle and Kinross also both invested in the Company within the first year of incorporation and they provide valuable technical expertise and financial backing to our continued exploration efforts in Yukon. Most recently, Eric Sprott also invested in our company. These groups all share our vision in the unrivalled gold prospectivity of the district.

What is White Gold’s vision and strategy moving forward?

White Gold’s strategy is to be a project generator. The Company’s 33 properties can be divided into three buckets: 1) early stage properties, 2) discovery stage projects and (3) advanced stage projects. Every year, the company systematically advances projects in each of these three buckets. Exploration work on early stage projects involve extensive geological mapping and data-driven soil analysis in order to identify significant mineralized trends. On discovery stage projects, the focus of exploration work is on mechanical trenching and RAB drill programs in preparation for more advanced diamond drill programs. Finally, exploration on advanced stage projects involve large diamond drill programs to further test extents of mineralization. Our most advanced stage projects all have NI 43-101 mineral resource estimates, with the GS/Arc containing 1.14 million of indicated ounces at 2.28 g/t Au and 402,000 of inferred ounces at 1.39 g/t Au, and our VG deposit which contains 230,000 inferred ounces at 1.65 g/t Au. Once projects reach the advanced stage, the company’s strategy is to monetize those assets in transactions that would be accretive to overall shareholder value. Since management and insiders own approximately 25% of the company, there is also strong alignment between the goals of management and shareholders.

Do you have a final message for potential investors?

Our land package lies in the prolific White Gold district, home of the historic Klondike Gold Rush which saw over 20 million ounces of placer gold discovered over a century ago. Since then, the area has been relatively underexplored. However, a modern gold rush is forming with White Gold at the forefront. Owning over 40% of the district which covers over 1 million acres, we are in prime position to lead this modern gold rush for many years to come. We have close to 1.8 million ounces of defined gold resources in the ground which offers immediate, tangible value to shareholders and investors. In addition, our remaining properties have produced multiple ultra-high-grade discoveries in recent years which clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of our innovative exploration methodology as well as the overall prospectivity of this district. Complimented by a world-class team involved in every major discovery in the district (Golden Saddle, Coffee & VG deposits) and a very friendly mining jurisdiction in Yukon, the company is well-positioned for decades to come.
